Medi-SearchTM

What is Medi Search

Medi Search is a highly focused, curated marketing campaign designed to attract qualified candidates for a specific healthcare role or clinic need. It is best suited for clients who are looking to cast a wide but strategic net across the healthcare talent market without engaging in a full-service recruitment process.

Medi Search leverages OnCall's extensive digital reach and sector-specific experience to position your opportunity in front of the right audience. This includes crafting a targeted and branded job posting, deploying it across multiple channels (e.g., job boards, social media, email marketing), and managing initial candidate interest.

Key Features:

  • Professionally written and designed job campaign

  • Multi-channel distribution to maximize visibility

  • Brand positioning to elevate clinic identity

  • Screening tools & Concierge resume filtering to prioritize viable inquiries

  • Fast, cost-effective outreach model

What Medi Search Is Not:

Medi Search is not a full-service, retained or contingency recruitment model. It does not include:

  • Hands-on candidate sourcing, headhunting, or direct outreach

  • Interview coordination or in-depth candidate screening

  • Reference checks, licensing verification, or contract negotiation

  • Guarantee or placement warranties

  • Relationship management post-hire

  • Medi Search does NOT include Support Calls (See Light-Touch Support #3)

In essence, Medi Search is best viewed as a highly targeted tactical awareness and interest-generation tool — a digital campaign or "megaphone" for your opportunity — not an end-to-end full service recruitment solution.

Keep in Mind - Challenges in Sourcing On-Site Talent for Medspas

Clients seeking on-site providers for medspas should be aware of structural limitations in the market that impact candidate availability:

  • The market consists primarily of passive candidates, meaning most qualified providers are currently employed and not actively looking for a change. This reduces the likelihood of immediate applicant flow from traditional job postings.

  • The expansion of telehealth roles has siphoned off many potential on-site candidates who now prefer remote or hybrid arrangements.

  • There is an existing nationwide shortage of licensed, experienced providers (MDs, NPs, RNs, PAs) willing to work in aesthetic or clinical medspa settings on a full-time, in-person basis.

These factors make it especially important to approach campaigns with reasonable expectations and a willingness to proactively follow up with passive interest.
